Andi Owen is the CEO and a member of the board of directors for MillerKnoll. MillerKnoll is one of the world’s largest and most influential modern design companies. As CEO, Owen is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide operations, encompassing some 11,000 team members and revenue of $4.1 billion. MillerKnoll is a collective of dynamic brands, including the company’s two flagship brands—Herman Miller and Knoll—as well as Colebrook Bosson Saunders, DatesWeiser, Design Within Reach, Edelman Leather, Geiger, HAY, Holly Hunt, KnollTextiles, Maars Living Walls, Maharam, Muuto, NaughtOne, and Spinneybeck|FilzFelt. MillerKnoll is an unparalleled platform that redefines modern for the 21st century by building a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone. Owen joined Herman Miller in 2018 as the company’s president and CEO. Prior to that, she had a 25-year career with Gap, Inc., that included a wide variety of experiences, preparing her for the unique challenges associated with leading and transforming complex customer-focused businesses. She holds a BA degree from the College of William and Mary and an AMP from Harvard Business School. Owen is a member of the board of directors for Taylor Morrison Home Corp. and the National Association of Manufacturers, and chairperson of the board of directors of HAY ApS. She is also active in the community, serving on the boards of the Grand Rapids Economic Club, The Right Place, Inc., MillerKnoll Foundation, and Business Leaders for Michigan.
