David Ossip is chair and CEO of Ceridian. Under his leadership, Ceridian is a recognized global leader in human capital management, powered by the award-winning Dayforce platform. Mr. Ossip was the founder and CEO of Dayforce, which Ceridian acquired in 2012. A transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur, Mr. Ossip has more than 30 years of experience building and leading successful human capital management (HCM) technology companies. He is the recipient of multiple leadership awards, including Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired CEO for Transformational Leadership and Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs. He also is an investor, advisor, and mentor in the Canadian business and technology communities. Mr. Ossip holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in econometrics from University of Toronto.
