Julie Iskow is president and CEO of Workiva, the company that builds and delivers the world’s leading cloud platform for assured integrated reporting to meet stakeholder demands for action, transparency, and disclosure of financial and non-financial data. Some 5,000 customers, including more than 80% of the top 1,000 public and private companies by revenue, trust Workiva to help solve some of their most complex business reporting challenges. Ms. Iskow has been a leader in the SaaS industry for more than two decades. Her innovation-first mindset has allowed her to define Workiva’s global growth strategy and align on commercial operations goals, including enterprise-wide product development, platform innovation, sales, marketing, service delivery, and customer success. She joined Workiva in 2019, building upon an extensive career in product development, optimizing operations, and scaling enterprise SaaS companies with strong, profitable growth. An early proponent of the SaaS business model and its power to transform how business operates, Ms. Iskow has driven progress at multiple companies, including Medidata, where she developed a strategy to efficiently build out the platform, products, technologies, and enterprise applications, quickly scaling the company and contributing to its $5.8 billion strategic sale in 2019. At WageWorks. she led teams to deliver secure, high-performing, scalable solutions, and support services for the SaaS platform—accessed by millions of users. Together with executive peers, she guided WageWorks through an IPO in 2012. Ms. Iskow currently serves on the board of directors for Workiva and Five9. She holds a BS degree from UC Berkeley and an MS degree from UC Davis.
