Rebeca Minguela is currently the founder and CEO of Clarity AI and the founder and former CEO of Blink Booking (acquired by Groupon). She has also worked in tech and digital at large corporations (Santander Bank as global head of digital transformation, Groupon as senior director of product and ops), in private equity (Bain Capital), management consulting (Boston Consulting Group), and in engineering, as an engineer, at German Aerospace Agency, Siemens, and IBM. She is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a European Young Leader, and an adviser at several startups. Additionally, she and her ventures have been featured in top publications, including Forbes, The Economist, and FT. Ms. Minguela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and MSc degree in telecommunication engineering from Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, both with distinction.
